NLRB Set To Overturn Pro-labor Decisions Made During Obama Administration

April 02, 2018

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is set to overturn pro-labor decisions made during the Obama Administration.

Among the practices likely to be overturned:

  • Forcing employers to let employees use their work e-mail for union work.
  • Allowing employees to picket job sites when off duty.
  • Requiring reviews of adverse actions taken against employees during contract negotiations.
  • Requiring employers to keep collecting union dues from workers' paychecks between labor contracts.
